Devilish one win, IMHO. Why? I don't like Tender Angel's wing proportion and the pink version of it. Closed Tender wings looks really good, but I don't like it animated.
On contrary, pink Devilish Earrings WIN.

Angelic items. More variety, beautiful design.

Like them both!
Angelic one is unisex--girls and boys can wear it.
Devilish one is just SO SEXAY ;P~ I'm so tempted to make a Dino Cavallone DS.

Devilish. Sorry, Angelic, I'm sick of pastel-colored sweets.

Hairs: Female
Angelic. Those twin tails looks so cute and silky! Silkier than Silky Smooths. Devil's hive style? Err, Metamorphic Glamour's Curly Sexy Updo does better.

Hairs: Male
Devilish. OOOOOOOOHHHHHH *Eyegasm* One of the best I've seen! Like since..Tousled Shorts? XDD

Devilish. Hey, anyone notice that they're in the same color scheme as the tops in Marionette gacha?
Angelic's candy-neon two-pieces didn't satisfy me.

Devilish. Holy tuxedos, their quality is nearing GC! Angelic's cooks will never beat them.

Accessories:
Devilish. With the same reason--Better quality, better colors, more variation.


So what to do with those items?
Honestly I haven't spinned the Angelic, since their CC doesn't suit my taste.

You can..

Violet: match the dress with bandanna and shoes.

Indigo: Tricky color to play with, try some neutrals.

Ice blue: Always easy to mix and match. I suggest you to KEEP. THAT. BANDANNA. It's a very good investment.
